I’ve learned that this internal work supports the external world, and I have used these tools to help me through some extreme athletic adventures such as Skydiving, Paragliding, Mountaineering, and Rock-climbing, to name a few.
My life’s purpose has brought be home to help others in facilitating healthy practices, using yoga as a guide. And with community, opportunity, and transformation in mind, the SVB Yogi Center was created.

Ariana Castaneda - Anthony Collard
Owners, Negative Zero Cryotherapy
Do you looove the cold? Yeah, neither do we. So, Anthony and Ariana, why would you create a business that quite literally brings submerges your body in temperatures as cold as 120 Celsius? Because of our common passion for health and wellness.
In our personal quest to reach peak physical and mental states, we found cryotherapy. After one session in the cryosauna, we were hooked. In just 3 short minutes, we experienced euphoria, mental clarity and pain relief from sore muscles and joints. We just knew that this was something special, and that we had to bring this hypercool solution to you!
